I can sincerely say I agree with all the reviews here raving about Steve. I found him by searching for units in my building that sold fast and well. He’s very straight forward and transparent, super knowledgeable about the market and the process, and you can trust that he will give you good advice. My experience with Steve as a realtor showed me just what a different experience a good agent makes. When comparing it to my buying agents, it’s night and day. Steve was an absolute professional and a huge help selling my mom's home. We started the process early, but she passed away during and it caused a huge delay in the process in regards to probate. But Steve was there the whole time and helped me get the house repaired and ready to sell when we were allowed by the courts. Steve went that extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly, especially considering I reside in a different state than the property. Additionally, the house sold quickly and for a good price in the area. I would wholeheartedly recommend Steve and his team, and I would work with Steve again should the opportunity arise.

When my wife passed away in may; I was left with the dilemma of staying in the house where she had lived for over 30 years; and I for 16. I decided to sell the house and move back to Colorado. I had already had someone in mind to sell my house; but while getting prepared to sell; another house on my block went up for sale.
