As a 3rd generation real estate broker, this business is in my blood. This fact is not only evidenced in my work ethic but also in the results that I achieve for my clients. I am a father of 2 wonderful children which is why I work so hard: for my family! I reside in the North Orange County area and this is where I love to work.  I'm a "techy" kind of guy naturally which leads to very quick response times when my clients need information. Prior to working in real estate I spent many years working at pharmaceutical giant Johnson & Johnson, which gave me the skills to work with people from all different cultures and backgrounds, as well as sharpened my attention to details. Working with J&J also helped me advance my negotiation techniques, as we continually received hands on training to find mutually-beneficial solutions to meet our customers needs. I've taken that same approach to real estate: use advanced negotiation tactics to obtain the best possible purchase price for my buyers.
